After having my second child, I left my corporate marketing job to be a stay-at-home mom. As I recovered from my sleepless nights, I found myself bored but inspired to do something creative. I noticed my 10- year-old daughter wearing assorted silicone bracelets. I asked her if she liked them.

“No,” she said. “If I could, I would redesign them. I would design a bracelet that all my friends would want to wear; like a friendship bracelet and a charm bracelet, and I would call it 'TheStrandBand.'"

TheStrandBand is a silicone wristband with a strand and charm embellishment. It’s a cross between a “friendship and charm” bracelet, created by a 10-year-old girl. TheStrandBand is design patent protected and its unique design allows you to create your very own bracelet by choosing a band, a strand and a charm. Eight holes in the band enable colored strands to slide easily, and the strands are removable and replaceable to create your very own look. The knots hold the strand in place, that way you can place your knots in the front, back or tuck them inside the wristband.
